Looks like Deyo might be announcing his decision at 6 tonight. One of the crystal ball prediction just went to Iowa State like 10 minutes ago... I figured it'd be Iowa but this makes me feel possibly optimistic

I would think so. I believe he'd also be our 5th highest recruit since the start of the 247 ranking model too.
Our biggest shock in this class will be if/when WR Greg Gaines commits.
Deyo was telegraphed when he didn’t commit on his OV in IC.
Sorry I posted the other. Lol would Gaines really be a shock since he’s been projected to us for a while?
Gaines is only projected by the local expert, Swain. And Rivals has him at #218 in the class, which would be the “shock”.
BTW, Rivals just added a FutureCast for Deyo to ISU.
Yeah I guess from the perspective that he’s better, that’d certainly be a huge shock we’d get someone like him. Man, that’s awesome we’re even having this discussion lol

I assumed he was not coming here, so I had not given him much thought. But now watching his film, really good use of hands with excellent leverage. Plus, he uses angles well and tackles through the ball carrier. Very nice looking player.
