A defensive stop at the end of a game to seal it and an offensive rushing 1st down to really seal it. Maybe we are turning the corner.

Side note: will miss the JD Waggoner leg kicks. Did he misfire today on one of his sacks and just get his knee raised? Always figured he would kick someone for a 15 yard penalty.

It is nice to see both of those, how many games could have been won over the years with one first down. Always hated the leg kicks, but will miss Waggoner.

How can you hate the leg kicks? Especially with the skit he is referencing.

We saw quite a bit of this during the season. Both OU and TCU wins were finished by the defense and the Spears pick six pretty much sealed the game with TTU.

And the deep ball. It's been awhile since we've had a team that let em fly.

How can you hate the leg kicks? My wife hates football but would watch just the leg kicks and maybe because she likes me.

Also rarely seen combo: (1) getting some questionable officiating calls to go our way in key situations; (2) Questionable calls going against ISU down the stretch, but overcoming it.

That is the big one. Too many times to count when the team seemingly gave up after facing some adversity

For those who haven't seen Coach Hines

Never actually knew what the kick was from. Also forgot those guys were on Mad TV.

Thought it was fine and I'm usually not one for post-play antics but it wasn't malicious and never directed at an opponent and always meant something great for ISU--kick away, young man!
