Is this legitimate???? We have a laptop that qualifies as far as date of purchase, etc. Anybody have any success with this???

I'm nervous as Windows 7 is more than enough for me... looks like 8 is more focused on tablet/mobile end users than PC

I'm going to hold off

Sorry, this might be a dumb question, but would you be able to uninstall it if you don't like it? Or do you need the disc to do that??

I updated my laptop yesterday to Windows 8. It's going to take a few weeks to get use to it but I think it will be ok. One thing I really like is that it really starts fast.

I'm too used to using my mouse for everything and Windows 8 makes it a pain in the *** to use your mouse so I'll stick with 7 for a bit longer.
