    Advice on Pulled Pork

    I just did one last weekend... came out great. I wrapped it in foil the last couple hours (once it reached 165 degrees). Once it hits 205 degrees you are done. Actually when I did it last weekend, once it hit 205 I had to go to church. So I took the foil wrapped pork butt and wrapped towels...

    I agree with previous posts concerning the pools, food, drinks and general positive marks. So, I wont restate. One important note...You go to the Moon Palace for the pool and resort action..."NOT" the beach. The beach is down right terrible. Lots of rocks. So, you will need beach shoes...
