As a NW Ankeny resident I don't agree with that. The roads can get pretty backed up and congested at certain spots in the northern part of town. The intersection of Irvindale and 18th can get especially bad. They are redoing that this summer too, which is needed, but that is going to be a huge... -

Not quite the same. At least Jefferson has been at ISU and has had success. And the market has shifted dramatically, so we are still getting Jefferson at a huge discount. Movie the more you watch it the more you love it
Dune 1&2. Every time I see them I like them more. Probably right up there with my favorite movies of all time. It's too bad they didn't get more recognition in awards, because they are a real achievment in film making IMO. -

When was the last time you wore a tie?
Depends where you are going to a wedding and what type of crowd it is. I went to a wedding once in Chicago and I was the only one that didn't have a coat and tie. I try to get a better read on the situation now. -

I went to Amazon to look into getting some of these and then Amazon tried to sell me this. Lol! These would go great with some sock suspenders. -

What I really hate about wearing the tie is buttoning the top button on the dress shirt. I only have a handfull of dress shirts and my neck gets a little fatter every time I put one on. One of these days I'm going to be SOL when I need to wear a coat and tie to something.
