    I think Steve Prohm is good at recruiting mostly diamonds in the rough, that don't always work out, and coaching a very narrow style when he has the right players. Without the right players, his system struggles and he has limited capacity to coach up a mediocre player.

    I would hope they would have a follow up analysis with the search agency. Guessing the issue is price point limitations.

    If it was only one game, then we are all being ridiculous. Some of us see a serious trend with potential of continuing through next year. The fear is no change. Same coach, same staff, same lineup, same offense, ... I'm not sure most know how to fix it, but the fanbase loves ISU and...

    Surrounded by a better team last year and is out of place behind the 3 pt line. He hits the 3's, but he is more at home in the paint.

    The Kansas game next week has to be bare stands one would think. We'll see. If they are filled, than I have my doubts. Fans love ISU, even through that horrible patches.

    In business, it's common to hire consulting firms to take an objective look.

    I assume one good option would be to hire a consultant to fully evaluate the situation and make recommendations. Not sure we would ever know, but is that done?
