Iowa State has played a C level game and they're tied, this is a great sign. Not so good is that Washington State is tied and Isaac Jones has been a non-factor but by and large, Iowa State is in a good position here.

I like where we're at foul-wise and effort-wise as we head into half. We have a chance to grab momentum right out of the gate after halftime.

These tourney games seem to move 2x as fast as conference games.

Clones did well. Wash St. is a good team, their length is bothering us and they’re playing the middle third well + Wells hits every shot he puts up.

Well foul out their bigs in the second and feast at the line.

An absolute MIRACLE to be tied at the half. That last play by Gilbert was TERRIBLE, and shows he’s really pressing. Gotta play within himself.
