Lily Fisher is the younger sister of Emily Fisher, who was ISU's first known offer in the 2023 recruiting class. Emily ended up signing with Maryland. Their mom is an ISU alum.

Wonder how much Bill's comments about the current freshman being the foundation of his final years at Iowa State will impact our recruiting for 26 & 27. Given our history of quite a few very early verbals, I suspect that we may not see that unless a coach in waiting is named.

You need to start the thread, as this isn't the right place!

It's probably a "pie in the sky" thought since she's likely Bluder's eventual replacement at EIU, but we'd have to make a run at Jennie Lillis - she's the total package and makes considerably less at OU than CBF does at ISU.

Chris Kielsmeier has been getting it done for several years at Cleveland State...

Well, it isn't April Fool's Day and it doesn't look like CGI/AI, so I have to believe that's a unicorn Bill has offered.

Just watched that short video to. She looks really good for a post that is probably just around 16 years old. Bet she'll be getting lots of attention. Wonder if she has any interest in coming to the USA for last years of HS to acclimate since she looks to be interesting in playing here?

Probably going to get a lot of elite attention if she's really good. Also someone really good will probably get some big NIL to lure her to a school. NIL would have to play into it since she could play Euro pro in a few years if she isn't interest in college. Maybe we can stay in the hunt with PR our center Crooks will be getting us.

Bill has impressive worldwide connections to get a commitment from Freya Jensen (2025) and offer (big time!) 16-y.o. prospect Sirgi of Estonia. Get Makeer and with Taulelei in the fold, we could have a real international flavor.

And she's 17 per FIBA profile, so would be almost 20 (February 2027) by the time of NCAA league play.
