How Many Regular Season Games Will ISU Win?

All true. But they've also shown a penchant for shooting themselves in the foot with untimely penalties, turnovers, and miscellaneous gaffes. Gotta clean that stuff up to reach the nine or ten win mark. It's a very good team capable of a Big 12 championship but they're not going to win many just by showing up and trying to out-talent their opponent. They're not that good.

As far as penalties go timing may have sucked up to this point, but ISU is actually doing very well avoiding penalties. They are tied for 11th in Div 1 with only 4.33 penalties a game and 13th in penalty yardage with only 38.67 yards per game. Odds are if they keep avoiding penalties this will be a strength rather than the weakness that plagued them in the first two games.

There are only 2 games I’m worried about. Split those and we are at 9. Could we lose more? Sure, but I think we learn from this one and get better. A healthy beating of TCU and everyone will be back on the same page.
