Hell if I know what we're getting out of this group any given game. I think they'll respond to Prohm calling them out after the Baylor game with a strong effort and pick up a tough road win. But I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if they lay an egg and lose by double digits. Very hard to get a good read on the team and their mindset right now.

I'll say ISU 81 TCU 73 just because.

I felt good going into Tech and KSU on the road. Not so much this time. Tuesday's loss was deflating in so many ways.

But, as per usual, I'll be in front of the tv cheering them on like crazy, win or lose.

Don't like the idea that TCU probably won't have a packed gym. I think our guys play better on the road in a tough environment with a crowd on top of them (K-State and Tech come to mind). I don't feel great, but hopefully we can pull it off.

This team seems better suited to chase than be chased. Road games in this conference are "chase" games, so I'm going 75-70 good guys.

Said it in the post-Baylor meltdown thread, but I'd rather see Iowa State play a tough, name team (Kentucky, Duke type of teams) in the big dance than a scrappy, well-coached but under-talented team. This team just can't seem to get it up in that scenario.
