Is Fran Fraschilla the best college basketball analyst since Bill Snyder was born?

I miss the days when it was him and Musburger. Frans still the best, but together they were great. "The guys out in the desert....."
Whether I've had a few or not, here's a list of why (no particular order, just a list):
1. Knows his stuff
2. Does his research
3. Doesn't make (many?) mistakes
4. Doesn't favor any team
5. Gives and takes on Twitter
6. Attends random games he isn't working
7. Doesn't have a conference bias
I could add more, but give me an analyst that meets half+ of those 7 points first.

You can have your "who anybody was" but don't bring that "what was going on" weak **** in here. He absolutely knew.... what the spread and O/U were every game

Was surprised he got KSU A&M yesterday. Would of thought we would get him since our game was all top 25 matchup.
I'll add the big one that ties all that together: his passion for college basketball. Guy loves every minute of it. Goes to games between the games he calls. It really shines through in everything he does.
And it's a passion that isn't over the top like Vitale. You can have a passion without being over the top loud and shouting catch-phrases.
Yeah, though that quality in Vitale is his saving grace. I don't love his shtick, but I do like that.
And the KU fans hate him and he's just fine with that.
Fran also knows the international game very, very well. His understanding of European ball is about as good as it gets.
