Pre-treating Driveway Before Snow

Only if the forecast is calling for sleet or freezing rain in addition to snow. If it's just snow then removal isn't so bad. Just don't drive on it first if you can avoid it. We were up and down the driveway three different times last Saturday before I finally got around to shoveling and by then it was so packed down that it was a lost cause.
Don't, can't find anything that doesn't have a precaution about using on concrete paver or exposed aggregate. Got a paver driveway and exposed aggregate sidewalk. Read through labels on at least six different products at Ace and every single one had a precaution. Did find some stuff on Amazon, bought it, spread it on the ice glacier that was on my sidewalk and while it might be "safe' it did not work at all. Product was Safe Paw Non-Toxic Ice Melter.
It’s disappointing that the OP doesn’t have this already like the rest of us. That was one of the first things I did after I paid off my mortgage in cash in 7 years.
No joke. Obviously size matters here, you can’t do a 1/4 mile long driveway. But if you’re driveway is normal, you can just spread out a full roll or two to cover it. Trust me, you’ll come back thanking me.
First paper towels, then pee on the paper towels. Go next level.
Have you tried moving your driveway to San Antonio?
I've heard that keeps roving gangs of jellyfish away as well.
I often find if I just ignore it for a few months the snow just goes away on its own.
And don’t skimp on those generic paper towels. Make sure you use Bounty.
Yeah, I used to have to get the pet-safe ice-melt. Good for the dogs but it didn't do **** for the ice and snow.
