I have not heard Myles Turner pressing to be traded since Hali's first season with the Pacers.
Yeah, I think people too often write off the Pacers' depth as something that benefits Tyrese rather than something that has developed in large part due to Tyrese's (and also Siakam's) unselfishness. You can look up and down the list and see guys who have benefited from playing in the Pacers' system, which is built around the way Tyrese plays.
Turner's scoring and efficiency went up when Tyrese arrived. Nesmith couldn't find a role on the Celtics and has improved drastically with the Pacers. Toppin's numbers in Indiana improved across the board compared to when he was with the Knicks. Nembhard and Shepherd weren't highly-touted draft picks but were able to make an immediate impact. Even Siakam went from a three-point shooter in the low 30s in Toronto to being nearly a 39% three-point shooter with the Pacers.
It's easier for role players to buy in when Tyrese and Pascal are so clearly bought in. It's also easier for them to play with confidence when they know Tyrese will get them involved and wants all of them to play freely--even if it means he takes fewer shots and on many nights won't be the leading scorer.
Turner is really good, and could command a high price in free agency this year (certainly playing with Hali has helped his value). I hope Pacers sac up and re-sign him, this current Pacers team is a lot of fun to watch and they could easily keep it together for at least two more years if Turner signs. (After that point Siakam and Turner will be getting fairly old and Pacers will prob need to move on)
Their record in the games he’s been out hurt the past two seasons is absolutely horrific, it’s almost an automatic loss.

Sad that his dad got overzealous and won't be able to watch Tyrese's games in person any more. We met him a couple of times at tournaments - he's a hoot. And SO proud of Tyrese!
Yeah Donovan Mitchell was trying to stop the chants, thought that was a nice show of respect to Tyrese.
I still remember when he started that first game as a freshman and it was obvious he was the most talented player on the floor. Even on a team full of talented players that skinny kid from Wisconsin was destined for this.
