This team is mentally soft. TJ talks and talks about toughness but this team simply doesn’t have it. Simple example Houston we were super focused and had 12 turnovers and 15-17 from the line. Tonight completely unfocused and undisciplined which results in 18 turnovers and 12-20. Super disappointing for a team with mostly juniors and seniors.

By the way, what happened to our transition offense? I get Gilbert has not been playing but haven't seen it since the Arizona game.

When the team is healthy, hitting shots, not turning the ball over, and playing tough D they look reaally good. Problem is one of those goes away can get off track quick.

Margin for error on this team to win is not great. Tough to see this team putting numerous consecutive games together to do something meaningful, but I guess you never know because the highs could still be there. Got to just step away after a game like this, because it’s bad zero excuses. Until Saturday.

Milan has struggled against good competition all year. He’s gotten his numbers against bad teams for the most part
Yeah if he thinks he is an NBA player right now than good luck to him. Way too inconsistent.

I think you gotta show Jackson the door, he isn’t worth a dollar of NIL money. He belongs in a small conference with how soft he is despite being physically huge. I’ve had farts more explosive then him
That’s the beauty of the NIL era. There’s a couple at least that needs fired.

This is kind of one of those situations that puts meaning to the phrase disappointment occurs when expectations don't match reality. This team just might not be as good as we thought. A lot of the "impressive" wins we racked up earlier this year look a bit less impressive in hindsight (Marquette, Kansas, Dayton). Tech is the only really impressive win we have at this point, and they had to miss free throws down the stretch for that to even happen. I don't think its fair to question effort, it just might be time to recalibrate expectations.

Houston and us are not even on the same echelon. They beat to top 10 teams in the same week and will literally make through the big 12 with one loss.
Well ISU looked like that Team earlier in season. But the unforced errors, injuries, and likely Teams adjusting vs ISU had changed things drastically
