I currently have the flu. my version manifested itself into a extremely painful chronic cough. feels like my trachea is made out of sandpaper. didn't sleep more that about 15 minutes at a time last night before I would wake up in a violent uncontrollable coughing fit. I coughed so hard on tuesday that it lead to lower back spasms. currently on day 7. hopefully they don't actually have the flu. **** sucks

Logically it would make sense that if they indeed were very sick. the team requested them to stay home. Otherwise, they will be on an airplane with circulated air for a few hours spreading the flu to everyone else

So it wouldn't shock me if they indeed didn't make the plane trip if they are indeed sick
Planes actually have pretty clean air in flight, maybe not so when at the gate on APU power but in flight the filters and constant influx of air does a pretty good job. The waiting area of an airport would be worse for the spread than an airplane in flight.

what? one game we were already not expected to win and we're gonna be sent to Denver? i need some reasoning behind that
We were an underdog even with these guys. A loss means nothing here lol. Could be why they’re choosing to sit him even if he could play

Very true. But the same was kind of true with Milan's injury. It wasn't officially reported for quite some time even though there were plenty of rumors circulating.
That one had so much smoke it was obvious that it was true, on page 3 of this so far, not so much.

As someone who lives out west, I won't be hurt by that move. The last time we were here was a great f'ing weekend from start to finish! Drinks at 7am at Union Station waiting for my buddies train to come in... drinks at the game watch bar. Early game done and away with in like row-4 thanks to Iona's fantastic AD providing me a link for tickets for showing interest. Powder day at Copper on Friday. Back for another marathon on Saturday and Pep-Rally that had free beer. What a weekend! :D

We'll more than likely be competing with A&M, Houston, Wisconsin, Michigan, Purdue etc. for seeding in the same region(s). Those locations are Wichita & Milwaukee. Dropping more games impacts location as much as seeding.

That doesn't sound like TJ. What happened to that 8 minute monologue he gave a week or two ago, where he touted every individual player's commitment to winning? Doesn't this team need Quad 1a wins to secure a #2 seed at a location of our choosing?

ISU is not sitting guys who can play.
