They are ok playing like WV of old on defense, and getting away with it

We are playing like total s**t... and only down 1. Not worried.

However... I am a little worried about all these bad starts. Can't keep getting away with this. It's going to cost us at some point... maybe even today if we don't come out of it.

Well past that point this game. They're literally grabbing our arms on drives. They're not even trying to hide it.

Pretty bad first half and the last 6 minutes were god awful. Being down just 1 is a blessing.

West Virginia was able to pretty much arm bar and shove our guys every possession and no fouls. Never seen anything like it

Even as they are guarding our guards outside, hands everywhere. Constantly have a hand on our guy's body, and NOTHING. Lipsey has to swat their guy away like a fly at a picnic.

Was yelling at the tv on that, incredibly frustrating when you have to rely on inept officiating

9 total fouls this half. I don't care the level of ball, that half had at least two dozen legit fouls.

Although I don't like games when they call every touch, this is at the opposite extreme and is making it equally hard to watch.

I don't know why the focus is on Heise.

Because he misses everyone he takes and he takes a lot.

Yep, knew this was going to be just a horrible game to watch... glad it's on ESPN+ and going up against an NFL Playoff game... nearly nobody is watching this.

Not sure that would have made much of a difference the way this game is being called. Maybe 6 points max.

Genuine question why is heise struggling so much offensively? Obviously he’s a good rebounder and solid defensively but he was a double digit scorer last year

Its a bit of multiple things.

We weren't playing well, but refs were to the extreme side of not calling things. There's probably another 7-8 points on the board just in FTs if they were.

Texas Tech beat Arizona 70 to 54 in Lubbock. Every away game is a rock fight.
