Definitely designed to be a quick snap with Noel running a decoy jet sweep. It was actually pretty clever as Miami is likely assuming that Noel will at least go by Becht as they snap it or before. Rocco knew exactly where to go. Good execution even if the playcalling was bad inside the red zone on that drive.
Also just rewatched, Miami had called timeout the previous play, so the game clock wasn't running.

My oldest son was born in 1994 and he is my ISU legacy. In 1994, the ISU football team finished 0-10-1.
Following the 1994 season, the University of Miami played for the National Title, losing to #1 Nebraska in the Orange Bowl on 1/1/95.
Following the game today, my son messaged, "imagine telling yourself in 1995 that Iowa State would cap off an eleven win season by beating the U at a bowl game in Florida."

I am the last guy to say Campbell is perfect, he has some weak spots, some of which we saw tonight.
But... coaching matters. Mario has weak spots too- he had the better athletes but lost. ISU had the better TEAM due to coaching. Not perfect, just better.
Cristobal is 0-2 all-time against Campbell. At least he was competitive this time.
I don’t like to speak poorly of 5 or 6 year OL but is anyone else glad our C has expired his eligibility?

I was pretty encouraged by his game today
It was an absolute act of charity that Miami let their #2 qb throw it late when they were gashing ISU the way they were in the run game.
They use to be inferior but now I can’t tell the difference. Makes me wonder if they are both made by the same company.
If there’s a position I don’t worry about on this team, it’s WR. We’ll be fine, even while losing two of our all timers.
Lincoln Center Hyvee didn't have the real thing, so had to settle for these. They're still delicious. And it's a Celebration

Why didn't anyone mention the toaster popping the pop tarts onto the floor of the booth and the one announcer saying "5 second rule"? I think we all know he ate it as soon as the camera was off of him.
Why did Miami get the time out restored in the final minute? I was busy and didn't catch the entire sequence of events.
I believe Miami had taken a timeout right before the final TD, so the clock was stopped anyway.
