Wow one of the worst PI’s I have ever seen called on Army to keep the Air Force drive alive. I mean worse than the no-call on Lazard against Kansas State in that infamous game.

Only way Duke wins this is if they keep scoring. We’ve seen this part of the game with Miami where all of a sudden nobody can stop Ward and they score on like four straight drives to end the game.

Are there significantly more byes this week for some reason? Noticed there are no late kickoff games tonight. Weird.
Also Ok St game was supposed to be late game (6pm I believe), but moved it to 2:30 with consent of the network and both schools due to impending weather. Kind of created a mess with the KSU game having both games play musical chairs on who was going to be on what network and how.

I think in the 80s and early 2000s Miami was like mid 2000s USC where it was the place to be but otherwise there's just not a lot of interest even if they're good.

Saturdays are for stealing fuel out of cars so you have enough to jet ski drunk around the 10 acre lagoon behind your condo.

Probably.

Like LA, Miami is a big city with warm weather most of the year, so your team has to be pretty compelling to give up other activities.

Also people forget UM is a small private school, so they don’t have a massive built in alumni base. (Lot of $$ though).

Watching the Miami game I am pretty sure this is what they will wear for pants soon in CFB.

The pants just keep getting shorter and shorter. Even though as far as I know the rule still says they must cover the knee.

On one hand I dont really care, but at one point they really pushed that rule, seems weird that they appear to not change the rule but also not care about it.
On the other hand when they get as short as some of these guys are wearing, it looks a little weird.

They also had exciting alumni/former players like Shockey, Irvin and Sapp etc that helped keep that frenzy going.
