Yup. Still February and my naked ladies are popping up. Twist THAT one, @VeloClone !

No naked ladies spied in Mexico. One topless gal but that was it. ;)

Got a couple of things popping out of the ground here, either glory of the snow or Siberian squill.

Weird winter continues. Coming home and not even putting a jacket on at the airport is not the norm.

Got an email (two, actually) from a company called AXS that says your tickets are here. Just download our app and sign in; you may have to change your password.
Never heard of the company and they didn't say WHICH tickets. I've got George Strait (which are already in my ticketmaster account) and the B12 tournament coming up. So I called the ISU Athletics ticket office and they said yeah, T-Mobile center uses that app. Ticket office person told me it was safe to download, and all of my log-in credentials from ISU should have already been transferred over.
So, I downloaded the app. Sure enough, my log-in does NOT work, and it asks me if I forgot my password. I do NOT want to **** around with changing my password across the several platforms that are interconnected. Why do they have to make this such a pain???
We got the wbb message yesterday. I got in OK, but not sure it was the same password as ISU...
Just looked at email today -- there are two new messages saying my tickets are in the app. Huh?

I think they double-sent the email for the men's tickets.

ISU ticket office said I should use the same log-in. But AXS doesn't like my password. I don't want to change it there and have to go through and change it on the others. I've had to do that at least a half dozen times with my Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ package, and you have to shut down everything that you have those apps on in order to get the new password to take. Maybe this won't be as bad, but I'm kind of gunshy, ya know?

I've generally had good luck when getting tickets through AXS. Even if it was a little goofy getting set up it worked fine after that.

I just checked my AXS log-in, the password is not the same as for the Cyclones tickets app. I've had AXS since they started with it at Big 12 -- at least 2020 -- maybe that's why.

It's not like I haven't been to KC before, but I'm looking for a decent place to stay March 13-17. We're going the week before for some of the WBB tournament and staying at the Courtyard by Marriott in Country Club Plaza. Without having been there before, I don't know how much I would spend for four more days.

Update regarding our house break in. On Saturday the 17th the daughter showed back up at her mom's I'm the vehicle she had that day and got picture of the plated and emailed them to cop working the case.

The other day my mom noticed daughter was back in a different vehicle. She texted the mom and other vehicle was her dad. Guess they are getting her out of town.

Today cop called and said he wasn't able to find her in person and called her. Wasn't able to get much out of her and since being the moron I am didn't get any proof there isn't much they can do in proving it. He did say he believes us but without any good evidence the case would be hard to prove.

He did say that he made it clear if she steps on our property she'll be arrested for trespassing. We have new doors/deadbolts and now cameras.

God I wish I could go back and just immediately call cops or at least take pictures of her.

Sad that parents thinking getting her out of town is solution.

We're in the first row of 222. Where did y'all wind up for the men's games?

223, row 7 on the aisle across from 224. We should be able to find each other.
We won't be there for the Tuesday game (whoever that might involve). We can't leave until Tuesday afternoon. We'll be there for the rest of it though.

Dumb question - do I need to put these tickets in my google wallet before the game, or can they scan them from the app?

Personal opinion is to use the wallet whenever able. Then you don't risk app/network issues

Seems sort of typical actually. You should really not 2nd guess yourself. Reminds me of when my dad's warehouse was broken into a couple of time when I was in college. Small town cops knew who did it, just really couldn't prove it. Old man was hopping mad and I had to chill him out telling him it wasn't worth losing sleep or agonizing over the small **** they got off with. Didn't happen again.

With the exception of something that needs to be apologized for, I am a firm believer in not doing regrets and 2nd guessing. If you, at the time and place, could have done something different you would have. We process and do things in real time and don't get to pause the world while we sit back and think through several courses of action. Well, unless your are Dr. Strange, now he can do that ****. ;)

I thought last year we used the app, and both of us could show both tickets. Unlike ISU..... Haven't checked with the other owner of our tickets yet :)

Guess I am off to Dallas for a couple of days early next week. Not pleased with finding out the first DFW flight is at 5AM now from 7AM. That is going to suck.

Ordered new wheels for my old Travelpro checked bag late yesterday afternoon. Amazon dropped them off earlier this afternoon.

Wheels outer layer disintegrated on me on trip last week. Easy replace but less than 24 hours to have them dropped at your door for $10 is crazy.
