Kansas State fans are madder than I have ever seen

That's the main 247 guy. And I'm glad I watched this because it's a much different tone (less accusatory) than what his crony posted on the board.
It’s passive aggressive accusation that smears the recipient. It also confirms, “they were told” and he says “KSU staff believe”

This wasn’t, “there’s some rumors online, but I haven’t heard anything from Tang/staff. “I don’t have evidence, but this is what I was told”

I’m not mad at him, but with things like that, you can’t turn around and act surprised when ISU denies it in the strongest language possible.

If Iowa state takes two hours to get 50,000 people through the turnstiles because of bad bandwidth, How does Jerome Tang think Iowa State can text a video within 30 seconds in a basketball game?
But once the people are in, Trice, or Hilton, that's when the magic (ehr, cheating) occurs! You should knows this.

Wah, wah, whine, whine, wah!

Not disagreeing. My response was to 1: reaffirm all "mainstream" reporting is still being aggregated from Robinett's original article. I'm sure Robinett and 247 have the same source (i.e., KSU staff) as their info is pretty similar.

2: Point out 247 seems to be backing off their original "scoop" they were so excited about on the message board. Just like that On3 ***** did about us throwing things.

I think the league should suspend Tang a game or two for his false accusations against ISU and his comments about the officials from today. This type behavior is suitable for the big 10, not the big 12.
Pre-sedatives Fran is looking with heart eyes at Tanger.

Thank you, and well said by CBS.

So when do we hear form K-State that some of there fans and coaches are, um, more than 'out there', maybe an apology?

And I like the part about "integrity". They (KSU) are basically calling us cheaters. They are questioning our integrity and fairness. They hate us more than they did before, because of a made up conspriracy. BooHoo! Well, if this is how you are and think, back at ya!

K-State, just shut your mouths and go back to being a reasonable Big 12 member and sports rival. You get riled up about this(?), I got nothing else to say. You say you won't forget, and hate us for it, well we won't forget either. I don't expect an apology from any one at K-State but it would be the right thing to do. Your fans need to rethink this.

They are a typical fan base like us, but Tang is being a poor leader here and this kind of thing is a result of poor leadership,

During the Donnie Duncan years, Iowa State beat Kent State 44-7. Iowa State scored a touchdown with four or five minutes left. Can’t remember whether it was a pass or run. The Kent State coach raised a stink afterward that Iowa State was running up the score. I can remember Donnie laying into that coach saying “how can we run up the score with a second string quarterback running a busted play against a defense that missed tackles?” He was livid. If a coach is livid about that, can’t imagine how mad Otz is.

They are circling the wagons on "Tang didn't say anything to the press!" so CBS and ISU fans on Twitter owe HIM an apology. Not even kidding, that's what I am seeing. Plus it's ISU fans that caused the Twitter tempest.
This is cracking me up too. There's literally multiple 247 posts ******** about TJ talking about it after he and Tang agreed not talk about it. They claim Tang never publicly said anything so TJ is in the wrong. A guy literally accused TJ of making baseless accusations!

Others have responded pointing out 247 talked about it first and obviously got it from the staff and it went national. Reality is starting to hit, some of them know they look crazy and there's starting to be some more push back instead of "our coach is a man of high character and faith" and couldn't possibly have made **** up.

This **** is getting me riled up.

First of all of if this was supposed to have been kept between the coaches who leaked it? It certainly wouldn't of been from the ISU side. So most likely it was from the KSU staff.

Second you don't nonchalantly "leak" info like this out unless you have solid proof of the occurrence. If you don't then it's just slanderous and now possibly libelous.

The official statement has come from TJ and Pollard thus the University. Meanwhile KSU is hiding behind a beat reporter.

******* ******** cowards.

This is so stupid...it's not even possible for like 5 reasons. The lack of critical thinking here is appalling for university of higher learning. There is zero chance this happened. Aliens landing at the game is more likely than this.

We all know it is impossible to send photos or videos in Hilton during any stoppage of play so I think it is much more likely more people are involved. Like say the entire 8th row could be quickly passing a note or notes from behind the visitor bench to behind the ISU bench and down to coach TJ. Or someone has a trained pet monkey that is discretely running the info back to TJ.
We have all played telephone and know how much the message gets changed.

I think we’re finally at the point where both fanbases can call this a rivalry. Sure KSU will still claim we’re irrelevant to them but now the whole country can see otherwise

Pivoting a little bit, but did any of you see the KU managers sort of push away the ISU mop managers at the first media timeout? After KU was done huddling and moving stools back to behind their bench, the managers tried to mop where the KU team had been. They didn’t try again all game, and the KU managers were drying the floor with towels after each time out. I feel like that has to be related to the Kansas State game.
