A member of the San Francisco 49ers sent Seahawks star DK Metcalf a message in American Sign Language, which Metcalf has been using for celebrations recently.

The most on-point thing in this video is when Trent William's says that the opposing teams that are getting ready to play them, none of them are thinking Purdy is just a system QB. That right there is the bullseye. That's what the talking heads should be talking about this week.
Zach Wilson is a great comparison. If a team were getting ready to play against Zach Wilson, you focus on what you can do to make him uncomfortable. What are opposing teams going to do against Purdy to try to force him into mistakes when he's shown time and time again that he's just not going to make those mistakes (for a complete game).
Give him a concussion. That seems to be the only thing that slows Purdy down.
Guy took a wicked shot to the head and made some mistakes. Then he's framed up as a system guy when there's a decent chance he doesn't remember the rest of the game

I think its just awkwardly worded in that first sentence, without looking back at the original stats to confirm the meaning.
I think he's meaning to say something like "Despite having 0 big-time throws in his first 2 games and one of the lowest rates ever as a rookie, he is now up to 5th in big-time throw rate. He's not the same guy he started as"
If he can keep it up he'll run away with it. The Eagles are trending down, the Cowboys are good but are clearly a step behind the niners. I don't track the odds or anything but the only other guy I can think of who is having a good enough season is Lamar Jackson, and I'd put him at the same tier as Dak.
