Difference between passionate and someone who overreacts every time something doesn’t go our way. I learned long ago that riding the roller coaster of emotions is not good for you. I love Iowa State, but I don’t get down when they lose because I have no control over the outcome.
Whew. Solid win, it appears we have 2 stud guards at least. We really some guys like Milan and Jones to start knocking down perimeter shots.
Free throws were atrocious again.

Another big thing that got proven today is we can score in multiple ways. Now teams have to respect our dribble drive and will need to back off…. that’s gonna open up the perimeter long-term.
Last year the scouting report was to face guard us, and not allow anybody space to shoot, it worked because we didn’t have many players that could drive and create their own shot. That changed this year.

Huge comeback and great win! Lipsey is a star, Gilbert with a great game, too. Rob with a very solid game IMO, and that's not something I say that often.
Love the grit overall and hoping they can avoid getting punched in the mouth like that very often. Concerned if the huge droughts become an issue again but hoping it's more an aberration than the beginning of a trend.

We are all VERY passionate about ISU…. and all want to win every game.
Even with the great comeback win though…. if you don’t think this team has a LOT to improve on, you’re kidding yourself.
We showed great toughness and competitiveness, but defense was sloppy and we can’t make a shot, or even get open for a shot for that matter. Only offense came from Lipsey and Gilbert driving the lane and running into people. Luckily that worked tonight, but can’t hang your hat on that.

I stand by my comment that the refs ******* sucked. Great comeback. This team is gritty.
That is a great win considering that we had our what seems to be usual nap in the middle of the first half… shows a lot of grit.
