It might be more common for later games. You can push back the late window pretty easily when there's nothing else to push back.

ISU needs to be sharp or sure but the scenarios are different.

I was in the student section of this game and was ticked everyone was chanting over-rated.... It was a matter of time before they scored 5 unanswered touchdowns to win.
