Do Utah State fans hate BYU more than Utah? From our perception, Utah fans (at least the twitter loudmouths, not all are probably this way) are annoying AF while BYU fans have seemed pretty cool and grateful to be in the Big 12.

Utah State fans don't have that much beef with Utah. We're both state schools and have more in common. We cheer for Utah a lot of the time especially against BYU. Utah fans cheer for Utah State too. We're unified in our hate for BYU and both of us treated like pond scum by BYU and BYU fans for decades.

Friend, we get it. You hate BYU. In 5 minutes the rest of us are going to complain about how slow ISU started/poor playcalls. You very easily may be put in harms way/victim of some verbal assault. Because most of us aren’t Mormon, we have been drinking caffeine and alcohol. Most likely mixed together. So in the best interest of your feelings, maybe take your BYU hatred, and your cow school, and moooooooooooooove on

I always thought Iowa St is the corn school. Utah State is the dairy school. We're proud of it but BYU fans make fun of us constantly with cow jokes. They will be doing it to you too with corn. They think they're so much better than everyone else. That's why it's so important that you beat them since Utah State can't beat them anymore because they chickened out of the game. It was one of the biggest rivalries in the country and they just cancelled it like cowards.

Iowa State is the Ag and engineering school. Iowa is the business and post grad (law and medical) school. Iowa just uses the ANF term to pander to the Iowa farm culture while ISU actually contributes to it. Iowa State was originally Iowa Agriculture College back in1856.

Is it just a mormon thing? I guess I don't know the breakdown of mormons that are Utah and Utah State fans. I do know the Holy Way is very heated and I'm kind of excited to see it in the Big 12.
