maybe alamo possible if oklahoma state goes to playoff, baylor sugar bowl (big 12 runner up?), and ou to like an at-large like fiesta?

Any at-large teams will have to finish in the CFP Top 10 to get an NY6 spot. It's all determined by the committee, and strictly by ranking order.

It'll be UGA, Cinci, Okie St and ND
Say it's those 4, you'd think the committee wouldn't want a ND Cincy first round match up so I'd like OSU chances against Cincy.

If Mich wins they'll get in although I do like Iowas chances of beating them.

They’ll be playing in Rose Bowl either way. Might as well shut Big 10 out of playoff.
Is the loser of the B1G champ game auto Rose if the winner is playoff bound? Or can the B1G send tOSU?

The big 12 has a solid shot at getting 3 teams selected to the NY6, largely because the 3rd choice-by rule- is Oklahoma and they are an attractive 10-2.
I see Iowa State heading back to San Antonio
I am pretty sure Michigan State will jump ahead of Oklahoma in the rankings and rightfully so. Oklahoma's best wins ate iowa state and kansas state.
