Mike Stoops heating up

Not sure to tell you the truth. Most of us consider Mark to be a recruiter and assistant DC, Mike Stoops still coaches the defense. Although he does decent, but he seems more mellow than mike does but he still goes crazy on the sidelines.
Arizona fans wouldn't give Mark a Head job, there would be a couple of other guys before that.
Seems like hes riding coat tails, but again I dont know much about him.
This Phoenix station really took the "news" and ran with it.

Not suprised......Although, I'm pretty sure now that he has been contacted, His facial expression was more like "damn" than confused.

This is all based on the fact that the AD said he hasn't heard anything. I really don't know why the AD would come out and say that stoops is leaving two days before a bowl game, and more time for ISU to steal some Arizona recruits.
Jon, tell that talentless hack to quit playing reporter and get back to his usual radio quirks that are clearly entertainment only and are things that do not affect the reputation of my University.
Let's review the events:
1)Marty & Miller conjure up the idea that Stoops is in final negotiations out of nowhere
2)Marty & Miller then have a buddy bring it up in front of Stoops at a coach to give the rumor some credibility
3)The coach laughs at the idea in front of a room full of press
4)the actions of M&M have made our state and fan base look like a bunch of overreaching desperate morons because M&M created a rumor from their undeserved broadcast.
5)not only that, it was a **** move to the Arizona players who now may have some of their bowl game publicity move to a bogus story made up by some idiot radio jockey in Iowa because he wanted higher ratings. In addition to that some now may be wondering if it's true and if their coach is going to bale out on them at the end of the season. Which you know is no big deal as we can clearly see about how our coaching change has affected the mentality of our guys.
STOOPS LAUGHED AT THE IDEA OF COACHING FOR US... kinda an ******* move by m&m.
