The whole sequence from the Virginia dunk was amazing. Stinson and Blalock made that with beautiful passes.
There is true artistry and beauty in basketball, when it's played well.

That sequence is like a thunderstorm, it gathers itself under the VA goal, gaining strength. Stinson's pass is a sudden gust of wind that comes out of nowhere. Blalock's is the flash of lightning, full of anticipation, because you know what comes next.. And then Clark is the thunder, full of sound and fury.

It moves so organically.

I swear this has been a topic on this site before...and I believe I posted something like "Jeff Grayer and it isn't close"! Now...sure it is subjective and Grayer played in a different era than many of the players who are being offered up...but when Grayer dunked while at ISU it was a "wow" moment and they hold up over time! It also should be noted that he wasn't just a dunker as that guy had the complete game!

I wonder who Mr. Mimms of UT would vote as best ISU dunker? I would rate it as top ten.

Glad somebody mentioned that one. I was in first row above the visitors tunnel when Fizer slammed that one down. I turned to my sister and said "No way Marcus comes back for his senior season".

He isn't the best dunker, but watching Royce just go right at bigs like Anthony Davis and Andre Drummond and leaving them helpless....

The most insane thing about that dunk on Drummond, was not that it was on Drummond or that he used his right hand (close side to D) but he jumped off of his freaking right foot, and dunked it with his right hand through that contact. Idk if we realize how insanely awkward/difficult that actually is haha

Doug Collins. He was 6’1 (yeah right), and had some amazing dunks. He had one against KState on a lob from JT that he dunked over a guy
