Everyone knows who had the better season, heck Twins doesn't even debate it, and he will troll anything. Heck we was trolling ISU was better at football after losing to Iowa at home and they were 7-5 to Iowa's 9-3. He finally dropped that one after ISU got destroyed and went 7-6 to Iowas 10-3.

Yes Iowa State as a 6 seed was better than a 10 seed last year

Iowa had a better season last year, it really isn't debatable. Both schools 23-12, both schools .500 in conference play. Iowa was 1 pt in regulation from the Sweet 16, and ISU was bounced 1st round. You really have to be a blind ISU homer to call that a better season than what Iowa had.

*cough* Iowa was a prayer at Rutgers from missing the tournament *cough*

What's your preferred metric to determine how good a team is?

Oops, also forgot that the team with the better season we should look at first W's/L's, then head to head if applicable, then regular season conference record, then how far you got in the NCAA tournament.

In 2011-2012, Kansas was 32-7 (82%) and National Runner up and Murrary State was 31-2 (94%) and a second round exit. I take it Murray State had the better season?

Iowa was seeded 37th overall last year in the tourney. St. Johns was the last at large team in the field and seeded 47th. You think a one possession loss at Rutgers would have dropped us 11 spots to being out of the tournament?

Correct on Iowa being seeded 37th.
A play in team was seeded 42nd.

Not too much of a stretch for Iowa to be in the play in game.

LOL, comparing a P6 team to a Mac level team or lower? You aren't very good at this.

As I keep saying, Iowa had the better year, it isn't even debatable and that is why you won't debate it.
Proof is in the pudding, pal. Smaller numbers (6) trump higher numbers (10) in this game. Iowa State didn't have the luxury of playing a mid-major in the madness last year. Give it up.

You would rather lose head to head and get bounced in the first round? LOL, you give it up.

The resume doesn't lie. I'll take body of work against 2 separate events.

LOL, they won the exact same amount of games, and both had .500 conference records. I'll take playing on the weekend of the NCAA Tournament all day every day.

Not all wins are created equal, and our .500 came in a better conference. Hope you enjoyed those 36 extra hours. They go by fast.

I did, I hope you enjoyed that win over Baylor, I'm sure that made the loss to Ohio St. just A OK.
