Very controversial subject in this neck of the woods...this is either the genesis of a good thread discussion or I'm about to be banned...wonderful. :|

This is an all time LOL.TV money isn’t as important as you think for the best athletic departments
it’s less than 30% of iowa’s annual AD revenue, and less than 25% of Wisconsin’s. The big ten has elite fundraisers catering to more wealthy, educated fans due to the depth and quality of the degrees offered by the schools over multiple decades.
This is an all time LOL.
Beating Iowa does not matter for our program. Once upon a time, it was the only way to get noticed by the media and casual fans. It doesn’t serve that same purpose anymore. I don’t care if we lose to Iowa if we win conference games.
Time to get over it.
Yes, Rutgers was not added for TV markets and Nebraska was added for academics.Numbers are all public, except for the actual earmarked donations to the respective foundations vs what flows through to the AD income statement each year.
Don't you mean "our" AD?some people get that. The AD is not one of those people.
One you seem to hang around for whatever reason.Very controversial subject in this neck of the woods

LOL.
God if you only used your own advice. If you don’t understand a topic as simple as this you should probably just not comment.
What bothered me about the mens basketball game was that for like the 5th year in a row Iowa flat out just out efforted us in the first 8 minutes and it reflected on the scoreboard. We take the same bad shots over and over and they knock down clean looks. It's unbelievable how predictable it is.
I've heard from some fairly well connected people that he would be the choice as of now. Things can change though.
Im ok with you continuing to lose to the Hawks as well.Beating Iowa does not matter for our program. Once upon a time, it was the only way to get noticed by the media and casual fans. It doesn’t serve that same purpose anymore. I don’t care if we lose to Iowa if we win conference games.
Time to get over it.
Well it involves the Hawks. One you seem to hang around for whatever reason.

At least you're more tolerable than Benjimil. ;-)Well it involves the Hawks.
Yup, they are. That's why it's odd to see you say what you did when rights and licensing is more than double the donations.

Sooooooo...my numbers were from before the big bump in conference distributions last fiscal year.
