Had a thanksgiving thing with our small group. MrsWx is working tonight but got permission to come for a bit. She is on the trauma pod and as she walks in the door we hear Lifeguard flyover...thankfully it wasn’t terrible so she stayed for a bit.

Whelp, you can thank us for the most recent forecast. We decided to go to the IL’s in SD (just east of Sioux Falls) for Thanksgiving. The weather gods just laughed at us. I cannot tell you the number of times we have had horrible drives on I 35 and I 90. So if we change our plans, will the storm go away?!

Me and the oldest were at the 2013 Kansas game. Pulled in for G7 and I asked where to park and the kid said wherever. I asked if G6 was fine and he said he did t care so we pulled in and wandered in. Finished the game. The snow started to get my feet cold by the end.

We parked in the Haunted Forest parking lot in 2013. Watched a bunch of guys take turns riding an old door pulled behind a truck while the truck did donuts. Quite entertaining.

I took two 10 minute breaks in the women's bathroom, just to try to warm up. I remember getting back to our car, starting it, and husband and I just not talking for a good five to ten minutes while we thawed out.
