Yeah I didn't even realize we were recruiting him any longer. I thought we were kind of down to Foster and Terry and then some other guys. Also, last weekend was supposed to be the weekend he visited and I don't think he made it.
I even went and looked at that thread and can't figure it out.
What are they talking about?
That would be my guess also, however it's hard to find much info one way or the other on his commitment.
I read some speculation from some recruiting guys that they think Musselman is going to land the 4 top Arkansas kids this year. KK Robinson, Chris Moore, Jaylin Williams and they already have Davonte Davis.
Seen a lot about KK to Arkansas, but Moore always seems to be just thrown in at the end of the article with a "Arkansas is also in on Chris Moore, etc., etc."
ARK wouldn't surprise me though
Musselman is looking to be the right hire at the right time with the local talent coming out of the area. Nate Oats at Bama and Creen at GA too. The prior staffs at each school were on fumes with recruits and the new hires have turned the tide.
Bit unfortunate on the timing for ISU as the staff had a number of targets in the area, though always difficult to pull south guys to the north. ISU will continue to go south as shown by Leech, Anderson, Jackson, Walker, and Blackwell. The competition of the schools is just raised.
Probably Arkansas, Memphis, and Ole Miss.
Iowa State hasn't been connected with Moore in a while.
Depends on if you consider 3 weeks a long time - on October 1st he still had an official scheduled to ISU.
His officials were supposed to be Arkansas, Auburn, ISU, Memphis and Texas A&M.
Hopefully him not making it is related to Foster.

the Penny vs Musselman recruiting battles over the next few years are going to be good. Memphis was owned by Arkansas during the Nolan Richardson days.
Yeah, but UNI is starting to recover from Fran's tactics by targeting even better in-state targets than Iowa gets (Green and Born).
I mean, the offer list is tasty. Obviously, staff is not going to take dudes if they think they have a shot at the other high profile guys to fill up the class with.

This is interesting Jalen Suggs is considering going pro instead of College. I thought it was odd he has only taken one official to Gonzaga this fall.

I was wondering if he was considering that. I have read that there are several top guys that might go pro instead of play college in the 20 class.
