Iowa couldn't even win yesterday, sad.
Both teams get one chance to play each other every year and that's it. You either show up for that game and win, or you don't and take the L. CMC has for whatever reason not been able to get his team to play its best for the Iowa game, while KF has. Plain and simple.
I do think ISU has a much higher ceiling than Iowa this year, but that could just be my biased self talking. I just think ISU looks to have a lot better playmakers at the skill positions, and therefore if they can eliminate the mistakes, I just feel like they can have a really special season.
But Iowa beat us when we had our chance to perform. We blew it. Now we move on and hope to put together a special season, and maybe we end the year as a better team than Iowa.
