I mean the dude has the personality of a snail, Jesus. I mean f u for your pick but wake up man and have a little fun and charisma. I was ok with him as a picker and came down on people for being negative, but damn he was lame.

The guy was definitely hung over or half drunk. I have friends who wear sunglasses no matter what when they don't want others to see their eyes.. drunk or hung over.
My money is on that he's hung over. Wearing glasses when it's cloudy and not moving very fast.
100% overcast and so hung over he needed shades. Even the tavernhoks can go 10 minutes without shades.
