Some icons I would like here on CF, at least for these RTTs:
Touche’ not sure what it would be
Cheers (could be a tipped glass)
Tough s - - - (flattened pile of poo)
Touchy (one finger pointing to the left.)
Feely. (More than one finger.)

Time for the next taste. Feel free to add your “thoughts and pictures.”
How's this for a Touche?

Have to say I am pretty bummed right now. The Dubuque airport has an awesome observation shelter complete with a radio tranceiver for ATC so you can listen both inside the shelter and via a low power FM station in your car. I had the idea for my EAA chapter to build one at CID and everything has been proceeding forward with the cement getting donated as well as the building materials. Now the airport and chapter board can't come to an agreement on liability so it is dead in the water.

Thanks for the pedialyte tip -- he kept down food from the 4 and then 7am feedings with a normal #2 diaper shortly after so that was great. I ran to work for a meeting + my laptop and DH gave him a bottle while I was gone that came back up. Called the clinic and they said with no fever or diarrhea, keep watching, give small amounts of milk since he's kept some down and call if he changes today. He does have a minor cold that's been making a lot of snot.......nurse was like oh yeah, that could be making him nauseous too. He's been napping for about 1.5 hours now which is good since he was way short on sleep. As am I, lol.

That's been my experience too with the young ones, all that snot drains into their stomach and just doesn't sit well.

I've been back and forth on whether it was the tomato soup (that had cow's milk in it but he's had before) or a gastro bug and I think this is where I'm at because he did the cough gag thing a couple times without puking and I think that's what was going on. When his tummy is more full and he does that......no bueno.

That's more up my alley. Mrs. Velo's birthday ride on the High Trestle Trail this last weekend is a prime example.

I don't because I am a poor biker. Example, I have trouble doing 90 degree turns without swinging wide. This it's just the way my brain is wired for balance control.

Riding RAGBRAI all those years has made me a much better biker. I would never have thought I could have a couple of beers and ride before first riding RAGBRAI 20-some years ago. But due to riding with a group, riding in driving rain and on wet and even flooded pavement, I learned a lot about what makes you safer on the bike. I can now easily ride a mile or more on the painted edge line without swerving off of it to either side for even a moment, even when working hard on a moderate climb. Learning to bike straight rather than slightly swerving side to side is a must if you are riding for miles in a group or on crowded roads.

That's not to say that I haven't gotten on a bike a time or two when I probably had no business being on it, but that's another story.

Close, but remember I ride with a team...

I am sure that I would do at least one day of RAGBRAI if I could be on a machine like that. Get the gearings right, should be able to have a 3-4 speed with a hi/low splitter that would give you 6-8 total gears and have it moving a decent 10-12 mph and it would be a blast.

Those things are heavy AF and they are geared for people who have never ridden a bike or haven't ridden one in 60 pounds.

So many contradictions in Dickie Roberts, child star.....they rightfully mock the Hollywood and then they make the bullies the proverbial red head ginger ogres.

Forecast for tomorrow:

"Sunny, with a high near 74. Calm wind becoming west southwest around 5 mph in the afternoon."

Liars! It will be windy since I am planning on biking. BTW, right now 20 mph with gusts to 24 mph.
