I feel for Peavy right now. He's good enough; if he isn't taken with these last few picks, I hope he sticks somewhere as a UFA

Was there any talk of Kempt possibly getting any kind of action? Late pick or UDFA? I know he worked out on Senior Day?

(Maybe that was just a "might as well" kind of thing.)

I really wish that the NCAA allowed for these kids that are either not drafted or drafted after say the 3rd round were allowed to reenter school, if they so chose too.

Someone like Butler, goes first in the 4th round, and then decides, I can do better next year, and if he does not sign, can go back to school. Much like MLB allows. The NFL would hate it, but they would be fine. I sure Campbell could find a scholarship for Butler if he came back.

I would like to see undrafted players have the option to come back, but getting drafted in a later round and deciding to return to college will never happen. It wouldn’t be fair to the NFL team to waste a pick on a player that decides to not stay.
