2019 Concert Thread

Im assuming tickets will go on sale soon but can’t find a date. Have you had any luck?
The last time they played Hoyt was amazing so I’m definitely on board.
This isn't for many in this crowd but for the few... I'm heading to Chicago Friday(Q-Bar in Darien)for a Judas Beast show. Yes, they are a cover band but they are going to play Iron Maiden's Powerslave album in it's entirety. The album was released 35 years ago.

I saw her in Chicago House of Blues in 2003. It was terrible. She held a guitar for two entire songs stroking her hand up and down the neck but never playing a chord. I told my (future) wife, "I can't believe I bought two tickets to see Liz Phair give a Stratocaster a HJ."
I wouldn't go see her again, even if it were free.

I'm trying to convince Janny - I looove Flaming Lips, and so I want to go see them. He thinks they are a little weird, but he always loved Primus (I like them a lot, but not quite as much), so I think he'd go for Les Claypool.

You might want to test that "silver"--I'm thinking it may be counterfeit.

Reading this thread, is a hideous reminder of how old I am.
How in the world do the mods allow you to have two CF accounts??
Weird is entertaining and the Lips are great at it. The Claypool/Lennon combo should be very interesting too.
