Nice, and in line with the NCAA committee rank last week of #14.

Still weird to look at a poll and see so few Big 12 and Big 10 teams. Not stellar years (overall) for the leagues. Obviously got the #1 but the middle and bottoms of the two leagues are weak.

Interesting. Could we jump to a 3? Fives look tough. Could we take Miami's 3?

Honestly, looking at matchups, right now, I'll take us getting the 4 seed and playing 1 seed Miss St, over playing 2 seeds Oregon, Louisville, or Stanford. Though, I think we could match up well with Stanford or Iowa.

Oregon and Louisville guard speed would be challenging for us. Though, Oregon isn't playing their best ball right now. Louisville would be a nightmare match up for us athletically.

Still think the Mulkey's looks, yelling, and outfits are enough to scare the other team into submission though.

"Any team can get beat on any given day" Hope that the "any team" is Baylor tonight.

Nice thread derail.

Meanwhile, I do think we move up to a #3. Don't need to win tonight, just play the #1 as well as we did, or a little better, in the other games. Few teams nestled around us in the 16 haven't done anything the last week to distinguish themselves and a couple augered in.
