10,000 Fans for Mizzou Dual

In yesterday's post-match press conference, Dresser called for 10,000 fans to show up for the Mizzou dual at Hilton on Feb 24th at 2:00pm.

Just making sure the word gets out - you have 20 days to get your groups set and head to Hilton!

It's a week after the high school season ends, so it would seem logical for a large contingent of youth/prep wrestlers to be there -- especially at that price.

In the 2009-10 season we drew over 11,000 for the Iowa dual (of course, a lot of that were Hawk fans).

Good to know. We will be there. My young son loves wrestling at home, but nothing beats the real thing. We went to a meet last year and I was impressed.

I don't know much about wrestling (I'm looking forward to learning if my son is into it), but following Dresser from afar leads me to believe ISU got a good one!

Erneste and Gomez at 133 should be fun
same with Eierman and Parker at 141

We will probably be favored at 125, 149, & 197.

Great point - if they want this to happen they should email every AD/High School wrestling coach in the state and tell them to bring their teams for a way to celebrate the end of their season.
