Well, we haven't heard from Nickels for a while. It is possible Nickels is more guy-like now.
In HS my sophomore year, we did a homecoming skit based off the bartles and Jaymes commercials. We were disqualified because the judges said it was based on alcohol and the elementary kids that were at the pep rally should not have been subjected to that. We did not mention alcohol or anything of that sort. In fact, that year the Sr, Jr, and Soph skits were all bounced for one reason or another. One of the judges was the wife of our adviser who thought we hit it out of the park.
I got in a hurry this morning and accidentally typed "GFY" instead of "FYI" in an E-mail.
I quickly apologized, but, in retrospect, it was what I wanted to say to this person. I'm assuming my subconscious briefly took over my hands.

I tried to grill a duck but he kept pushing the grill lid open and escaping.
I'm not going to hazard a guess at the potential mechanism--just the possibility.
More towards this way and south. 1-4" Friday night and Saturday. I want snow because I like seasons, I am tired of looking at dead grass and LittleWx LOVES playing in it. Just not when we have to travel to Ames and back.
Oh, honey - I FEEL your pain! Matter of fact, poor @Cyclones_R_GR8 and @cowgirl836 got more than a few PM'd rants from me back in the day. Before retiring, I wasn't willing to share too much detail in the thread because I was still working there and there are a lot of lurkers here.
Wants snow when it's fun to look at and play in but not when it ***** with travel. Good luck with that! My lifetime experience is those are nearly mutually exclusive!

We're headed for Lincoln, then Lawrence, then Texas on the 20th - hoping there's nothing piling up out west that will make that a tough drive.
