Really you could see this coming a long way away. Chris even talked about it. You knew someone was going to shoot lights out. Moss looking like Michael Jordan in the first half and the typical tall skinny white dude going 5 of 5 from 30' (Behr this time) was what cost us the game.

That and Iowa actually played hard tonight. They had to conserve energy against Michigan State. Lol

I hate losing to Iowa. Just the worst fan base on earth.

But I am not worried about playing 2nd fiddle to their BBall program. That program is all about the McCaffrey's for the next 3-5 years and there is nothing good that can come of that. Narcissistic hot heads. Hopefully they will leave a stain on that program similar to Alford.

What a weird game. Missing free throws. Not boxing out worth a damn (if you do this it's much less likely that the boards go straight to Iowa like they were). Missing 3s like crazy. Iowa players having career games (this seems to be an Iowa State staple--teams we play always have a player or two absolutely go OFF on us).

Prohms timeout timing was terrible as well. I just don't know what to think of prohm. This really didn't look good, but it is a really young team. His recruiting is excellent, but all these suspensions and player attitude issues seem to just keep happening. It's just so frustrating!

We were due for a bad game. Their backs were against the wall and they pulled out all the stops.
