Hey dudes, what is the best beer for a breakfast tailgate (We have Busch Cookies on ice, so we got that)?

I am wanting a nice, tasty breakfast beer that I can enjoy on Saturday while cooking bacon and eggs on the grill. Something that will just get me just right, but not overly powerful.

Edit: Should I have but this in the beer forum??

I had Founders Breakfast Stout at the OSU game last season, and it paired very well with the breakfast food. Was gonna save it for a colder weather game though, but might be worth a try.

My tailgate breakfast beer is definitely a Founders All-Day IPA. Tasty beer without too much alcohol first thing in the morning

O'Dell's 90 Shilling is always the answer. Dark enough for cold weather and light enough for warm weather. Pairs with all food.

Not hoppy, not stout, just right.
Pretty much the most versatile and ultimate brew known so far.

Busch Light, Old Style, Bud Light, Screwdrivers, Fuzzy Navels for the girls, or Bloody Marys.

Suggestion, cook your eggs in a 6 hole, standard size muffin tin on the grill.

WoodCy: you bring up a good topic. What about the food? I was going to do sausage gravy and biscuits but I'm thinking that is better left for a cold weather game. Bacon, sausage, egg breakfast burrito with some fresh salsa with hash brown patties on the side? What are you guys planning?

A nice aged mead or a stout with a hint of leather, but not shoe leather more of a belt leather.

I always like a Heineken or Amstel in the early hours. Brew dog Elvis Juice is another Ive been hitting early. 515 OJ IPA is good too.
