Stanley was expected to suck?
Lack of depth is going to kill you guys this year. Reminds me of the Rhoads era but not that extreme

And yet you took the time to respond. Maybe if you don’t care about Iowa football updates, you should stay out of the Iowa Football Recruiting thread.
Stanley didn’t suck
“here were Stanley’s anyway in his six possessions of 11-on-11 time: 12-for-24, 120 yards with two interceptions”
How else do you describe 50% passing and two turnovers?
What were your thoughts on the Iowa Spring game tonight?
Only one interception was his fault (an admittedly bad decision) and the receivers had 4 or 5 drops. He wasn’t awesome, but he wasn’t terrible. The offense is usually behind the defense this time of year anyways.
Didn't watch but based on what I saw on Twitter it sounds like Jantz 2.0 really struggled and lack of depth is going to be a big issue this year

Haha, you didn’t watch? Nobody believes that.
Could have sworn this is exactly what Rhoads used to say
I didnt see the game but if stanley threw 2 picks in such few snaps thats pretty bad. I guess at least he didn't have any phantom fumbles
How was the second one not his fault?
This can't be the one that Hawk fans are saying wasn't Stanley's fault, right? I sure hope not. That was a horrible throw and decision. He double clutched it first of all, but second, there was never anyone open, only a bunch of white shirts. Maybe he thought his team was the white team?
Depth where?
