Congratulations for getting this far, but how will Bruce screw KSU out of a Final Four? Think it is Kansas and pull his usual choke job, or ?

He won't.

Stupid god damn K-State fans don't know how ******* good they have it. I don't understand it. I'm starting to hate them, and it's pure jealousy.

I don't get why everyone is so hard on Bruce. I think he's a fine coach. I'm glad he's gotten this far and hope it continues.

If he had been our hire when we had coaching vacancies, I wouldn't have been upset.

I'm just baffled its Loyola or KSU going to San Antonio.

Yes, obviously not expected. But what I'm baffled about is how some of the talking heads this morning have these two programs on equal, sub-blueblood levels. KSU is clearly a more established program and a better team, even without a healthy Wade.

Personally, I think it is great that the Big 12 is doing so well. It is good for the league.

Yes it is...Big 12 keeps getting paid as long as teams win. As much as I don't want to I'll probably root for Kansas. If ISU gets paid, I am ok with it.

We did our part to help the league in football by winning a bowl game. Texas Tech is doing their share in basketball. We are kind of offsetting each other. :)

It follows the Sweet 16. See, when you have the remaining 16 teams competing, the winner advances to the next round, which would then constitute 8-teams. In Tennis it would be called, "The Quaterfinals", and recently for the March Madness Tourney, some low-income, cubicle dewllers started calling it the "Elite 8" - which, to me, sounds like a monthly woman's fashion mag that gives tips on trendy lip gloss colors and quizes about favorite sexual positions......:)

The Great 8 sure sounds like a swell time.

KState with a good game plan and it worked. They just scrapped and clawed on defense and were ok with them taking 3s and fouling to prevent easy baskets. And they did just enough on offense. Really PJ Washington lost the game for Kentucky. 8 of 20 from the free throw line.
Also, kind of crappy of Kentucky players to not shake hands with KState. Man up and shake their hands after the game. I think Kentucky though is going to be f'ing scary next year because I don't think they have many people leave besides Knox and Gilgeous-Alexander.

Kansas State basically brings all of their players back next year as well. They will have the opportunity to prove this wasn't a fluke.

Right? Our draws are always ridiculous (expect UAB year). Look at the teams we have lost to in the tournament. Anthony Davis' Kentucky (champ), Ohio State in Dayton, UConn (champ), loaded Virginia, loaded Purdue.
The nature of advancing in the NCAA tournament is that you're going to have to play and win some tough games. LOL at Purdue being loaded last year. They followed up beating us by losing to Kansas by 32.

Carsen Edwards, Vince Edwards, Matt Haarms, Isaac Haas, Dakota Mathias, Caleb Swanigan...

Can't hate on Bruce, but I went from being excited for KSU/B12 to being bitter that that team has now gone as far as our best team, the 2000 squad, and now only have a win over Loyola separating them from the Final Four.

Bitter and jealous right now, if I'm being honest.
