I've got a bunch of stuff I want to get to with him but thought I'd take time at the end to ask a few fan questions from you animals. Fire away here. Can't get to them all but will pick out some of the best ones. Thanks!
All i want to know about is how are the kids that are making strides on the roster and his opinion on the new class

What was it like to be the coach of one of two teams that shut Baker Mayfield up at least for a little while?

Do you find more enjoyment:

From watching a player who is not highly sought after, developing and becoming someone that people have to respect
or
From landing a high end recruit that people said that you didn't have a chance on?

Name 5 guys that redshirted, or on the scout team that will help us win games next year.
OL Robert Hudson
RB Johnnie Lang
DE Matt Leo
DB Richard Bowens III
LB Jake Hummel

If Leo, Lang, Bowens don't count since they received medical RS:
WR Josh Johnson
LB O'Rien Vance
One of the other OL

Thinking he's out of gas after season 2?

If he didn't have fun this season JP should put him on the Hoiberg Express outta town

Dude, where did that come from?

I seem to remember a story that came out shortly after he started coaching here. CMC and some of the other coaches were on a plane flying somewhere to meet some recruits. Said something to the effect that it was time to move on when they stopped having fun.

Since he extended, I am assuming he is still having fun. Would like to hear what he enjoys about the job. You can tell by the way he talks, some of those losses we have experienced over the last couple years really eat at him. He is one competitive guy.

Would like to hear about the positives that keeps him coming back for more.

I want to know FB questions, not really a bunch of personal stuff.

1. Status of Kempt's waiver application.
2. Oge's injury...will he play this fall?
3. Progress on guys that either redshirted or took the RS off but didn't play much...Tongamoa, Leo, Lang, Bowens, Jones.
4. Who has the best chance to fill in at need positions next year...S, OL, MLB.
5. What to expect from the new K and P.
6. NEZ, what kind of input did he have and what does he want in there?
7. Status of new uniforms and when will we get to look at them?

Does the team have a favorite drill? How are his relationships with the Iowa hs coaches coming along? I would love to see some of those big OL and DL in state go to the clones and that relationship helps

What did he do in Memphis Saturday night after the game?

I was hoping to see some coaches and players out after the game as well. I figured after the game they'd come out. Or maybe I just didn't see them. Rhoads and the team came out the night before I think in 2012... maybe that's why we got our **** pushed in the next day

Some of them went home right after the game on Saturday.

But I saw several players out on Saturday night.
