Idk, I was reading his other tweets this morning. It started with saying he was there watching, and he walked out "sick to his stomach", then went on to say that THT didn't get his offer pulled, and says he will discuss further, then says THT went to the best place and fit for him, and then he referenced an old University of Iowa player Ed Horton, which was his uncle or something and made that "connection" lol. But not sure what that has to do with the rest of his tweets. I think he is just upset how everything happened yesterday and isn't exactly sure what to believe.
Ed Horton Kantrail Horton....been a lot of Horton ballers in state of Iowa. Ed was probably my favorite hawk player. His game reminds me of both of the other Hortons too.. should be fun!

With respect, I don't believe THT's skill set is much like Ed Horton's at all. Granted, I watched Ed play a lot more than I've watched THT thus far.

Skill set no. Frame and build and physicality yes. He is more kantrail now but he is just 16. All 3 Hortons are tanks!

She is! Her twitter feed reads like a CF regular's might. Great job by Coach Prohm selling the family and THT on why they will love being part of our ISU family, and their willingness to step away from what everyone expected them to do in order to find the best fit.

This is going to be So. Much. Fun.

We may have another Monte Morris mom type celebrity in Ames.

Also confirmed elsewhere that her and Talen were the only ones that knew his decision.
She’s no doubt a big reason why THT is well-spoken and handled his recruitment with maturity. I can see why the type of drama that seems to follow Underwood wouldn’t be as appealing as Prohm to THT and his family.

THT has a great base to build on. If he grows anymore he’ll be an elite small forward. In college though, he’ll have the ball in his hands. He can do it all.

I was watching more THT's highlights last night...man this kid is fun to watch in every phase of the game!

Physically I think he may end up similar to Nader given that he's only 16, a little taller and thinner eventually but still with a huge muscular frame. I see bits and pieces of Nader, Royce, Niang, and Burton...but his defensive instincts seem to be better than all of them. I didn't see footage of Deonte in HS but I can't imagine his game looked this polished that young.

I couldn't get over some of the effortless blocks he has, I guess Burton was like that a bit at times but man sometimes I thought it was going to be a highlight basket for the other player and THT would just effortlessly slap the ball away. It's hard to imagine a better fit for ISU basketball having seen some of these versatile players come through the past 6-8 years.

Seems like a really great kid too in the clips where they interview him or show him with teammates.
