I just picture this guy whenever they show Huggy and it makes me giggle.

This is the biggest game day I have had for awhile. I have a grudge going. Nice that it is sold out. More incentive for our guys. Never thought I would care this much about any game besides Iowa and Kansas. Go Cyclones!

Just for fun, on the first hack not called on their press, CSP should do a Selfie and beg for a technical. I always wanted to see a coach just calmly walk out on the court for 'a discussion'.

Esa Ahmad status (tweeted 16 hours ago)...

@rivalskennan: #WVU forward Esa Ahmad practiced yesterday. Out here today. Huggins said he is unsure how he would work into the lineup.

Weren't they down by about 30 at this point?

It's like 'Just let me do this (the rebound), then THIS, and I'll politely leave'.

Liking the 6 PM tip.

My plan is to stay calm but that's less than likely, so maybe I'll get some sleep after having to slam a couple of 'calmers' after the 3 minute mark.

FTR it's not a bad thing if things are intense at the 3 minute mark...means things have continued to go well for ISU. WV is right up there with Baylor for bad match ups so a close game is OK.

Would be fun to see a win but if not, this run has been pretty great and there's still potential for things to even get better over the next 3 weeks.

I think foul trouble may be the key here. We're a lot less susceptible to it causing real issues this year, but there are some key guys that we can't afford to lose for long stretches, and the refs tend to even up the calls no matter how rough WV plays.
Huggins really has a winning formula: If the refs call it tight he plays 10+ deep night in and night out and pretty much no one else in the league does. If the refs let things go his rough play alters shots and causes turnovers.

Yeah, and about the time the other team gets frustrated and tries to play the same way, they get called for fouls. Incredibly frustrating, and whenever it finally goes away, I won't miss it.

What is the over/under on Holden's fouls tonight?
