Todays person of note death, Richard Adams, author of Watership Down. That rabbit character General Woundwort is probably why I hate bunny rats.

I'd always heard that Dunkin Donuts coffee was the best. When I tried it I didn't really think it was that good.

The best black coffee is brewed here in Boxster's Golden Valley coffee bistro. This week featuring a bright and lively medium roast Colombian Supremo. Next week is more medium roast featuring a rich and aromatic Hawaiian Kona Blend.

I thought Boxster would have a nespresso.

Sissy coffee, no way.

My old Krups does make espresso but don't use that much unless super fatigued and super chilly gloomy out. Talkin' expresso, not sissy cappuccino mind ya, although the Krups can make that.

That sounds intriguing. What is it, a deep fried croissant?

Fried croissant, with a glaze similar to a donut and a small amount of icing. Has some sort of filling, that changes with the season. Last summer, it was a blueberry filling and the topping was cinnamon and sugar. Currently it is a boston creme, so the filling is creme and the icing is chocolate.

like, I just looked at my outfit and my blazer, blouse, necklace, and jeans are all from there. Shoot! They have the undershirt/camisoles that I love. Dangit, I should see if any are left.
My first thought was why are you working on a holiday. Then I remembered not everyone works on a school district calendar.

I said something to Mrs. Velo about Diet Coke not being good for her for breakfast. She said she drinks a DC at breakfast and I have coffee. That is an argument I'm not going to win so I am considering giving up coffee if she will take the DC off the menu.

By the way, my gut has not been my friend for about 2 weeks. I decided to try something and give up dairy for a few days. I almost immediately experienced fewer problems and haven't had any dairy for three days. I'm hoping this is just a coincidence and not a sign that I am lactose intolerant. I love my cheese and milk...

Grown ups shouldn't drink straight milk. Biologically the body stops making many enzymes to break it down after adolescence.

I haven't had a glass of milk in decades. Do pour some on cereal (probably a cup or less) but that's about it.

I don't remember the last time I had plain milk. I don't eat cereal, because it's nasty. Hear that milk producers? I don't need you! Except for cheese.

yeah it'd be nice to be at home right now. Quiet in here most of the week since a lot of people use up ETO now.

how concerned should I be if relatives we saw over the weekend are asking if DH and I have the flu? We're in the clear at this point, right?
