Hoiberg waiting to leave is going to cost ISU in what is their all in year

It was a kick to the gut to lose him but I think Prohm is going to be a real good coach and will be very good for ISU if Prohm doesn't view this job as a stepping stone.
This team has a lot of good parts but Hoiberg waiting last year like he did is going to kill this team depth wise and I'm afraid it will be their undoing this year. We needed a 5th year senior that could play right away and his sitting around waiting for the Bulls job to open is going to really hurt his alma mater I am afraid.

I think the lack of depth has already written this team off as a Big 12 champion contender but maybe they can get hot come tourney time I guess it only takes 4 wins to get to a Final Four.
