I'm guessing that part of the reason why Pollard gets ****** when names start leaking is that it usually means that a coach/agent is using your offer against you. This was all probably a play to get an offer out of Missouri and Toledo's best counter-offer on the table.

Now you wonder if you should call those other girls with whom you cancelled dates. And settle for your second choice.

Or do you hope that chick who promised to be with you gets dumped by that other guy, and comes back to you. And you thus settle for being her second choice.

That fact that you compared our coaching search to dating/relationships is funny.
What's even funnier is how incredibly accurate it actually is to this situation.
