Nice article CW....If Matt Campbell is the guy ....that will be fine with me, the biggest thing that Matt brings is that there is NO learning curve to be a Head Coach...

I think the rest of the intangibles are worth the gamble.....Besides at this point what have we got to lose?

Any competent or halfway competent coach should be able to win 8 games in three years at ISU.

Keep up the good work Chris.............

Is the momentum just overall momentum or momentum to get an interview?

Just wondering if Fleck is trending so far down he won't get interviewed?

Been on the Matt Campbell bandwagon since day one. OL coach who knows where to find linemen in the upper midwest, which needs to be priority #1 for the next staff. Keep Ayeni on staff who has two years here to help with the transition, both for the players and coaches.

Had a 1000-yard rusher each year he's been there (Kareem Hunt needs 106 in the bowl game to get there this year).

After watching the OL today I'd be down with someone who can give us a B12 level line.

There are suggestions of terms but nothing concrete yet. Some say as low as 1.5 to around 2.5 for 5 years. The rumors are all over though and nobody really knows accurate figures just yet.

If he's your guy, you probably don't insult him with 1.5, wh n you know Mizzou would pay way more than that. IMO

Ames may just be a stop on Campbell's way to Ohio State . . . but I'm okay with that.

Probably a 10 year contract starting at 1.5 and ending at 2.5 w/ a 750k per season buyout. The Paul Rhoads special, as some would call it.
